Density Prior to Lyophilization

• Density of the solution prior to lyophilization: 1.085 g/mL (at 20°C)
• Specific gravity: 1.085 g/mL (at 20°C)/0.9982 g/mL (at 20°C) = 1.087 (rounded from 1.08696; unitless)

Density After Reconstitution

• Average density of the reconstituted product measured at 25°C was 1.063 g/mL
